Project Manager (PM)
This course is targeted at individuals who desire to progress in their career path and be upskilled as project managers. The course will engage both theory and practical delivery of live projects. Project Managers will have the opportunity to work with BA’s, PMO’s Software Developers, Testers and Product Owner using the Scrum methodology.
The course will run for a total of 20 weeks, this will include group mentoring, CV preparation and interview interventions. The course is embodied around a real working environment, enhancing the learners confidence to function in their chosen industry of work after completion of their training.

- Be confident in writing a business case
- Understand Project delivery Framework (Waterfall, PRINCE 2 & SCRUM)
- Review the impact of Risks and Issues.
- Understand the methods used for controlling projects.
- Use techniques to manage change.
- Use MS Project for project planning and MS Visio for process mapping.
- Support requirement engineering.
- Ability to use RACI Matrix and its application.
- Understand the principles and practice of project handover and post-project review.
